Greetings from la Cigale
From February 05th we shall be happy to welcome you to our family campsite on the Bassin d’Arcachon.
A new version of La Cigale is available to you: Our 52 pitches are divided by shrubs. They range from 110 to 160m² for tents, caravans and motorhomes. We also offer rental of wooden chalets and a mobile home on plots of circa 200m². Our guests can enjoy a heated swimming pool in an enclosed area and an open air bar.
Our “Camping Nature” is located in Arès , a small village ideally overlooking the beaches of the Bassin d’Arcachon and the forest, halfway between Cap-Ferret and Arcachon .
La Cigale 500m away from the town centre, local shops and a weekly market and 3km from larger supermarkets.
A stone’s throw from safe cycle paths on the 1200km Route de Velodyssée” , 900m from the seafront on the Bassin side and less than 8km from the Atlantic. You will find more information in the Tourism section.

Pitches
However you prefer to camp, single, couple or family; whatever your camping choice, tent, caravan or motorhome we welcome you. Our site is planted with a variety of trees, shrubs and flowers to help you enjoy a relaxing holiday.
Rentals
For those without their own camping accommodation we offer the choice of 2 different wooden cabins and a mobile-home. They are all located on spacious plots and can accommodate 4 to 5 people.

Our pool area has had a facelift in 2021 with new sun loungers, sunshades and a re-developed pool surround. As always the pool is heated for your comfort.
