•• Special Covid provision for 2021 ••

While we await the time when we have stability applied to travel conditions (and for us to see you here) we have put in place the following special conditions to help you plan your holiday at La Cigale with some peace of mind.  They apply to reimbursement.

You may request a refund of your holiday (excluding booking fees) if:

– New confinement measures are put in place in France or your home country which cover part or all of your booking dates.
– If the Government of your home country bans travel to France during part or all of your booking dates or the French or your home Government imposes a quarantine on french soil outside our campsite.
– Or if We are unable to proceed with your reservation.

For greater protection, we strongly recommend you to consider the Campez-Couvert Cancellation Insurance (only 3,5% of your stay), which will allow you to claim a refund should new Covid restrictions be declared in the month preceding your departure; should you be be denied boarding following temperature measurement, and additional benefits.
